Daniel F. Hinkel

I know that real estate law isn't the most fascinating thing but this book was so dry that it became unbearable at times. I started nodding off many times while reading this. I would not recommend this book to paralegal students. Yes it is informative but only if you can manage to keep your eyes open long enough.
