Kort biografi
Sara Jo Easton drew the first Onizards when she was bored in math class (in her defense, it was the second day in a row of graphing a plane). Over a decade later, she has attended college for Journalism, has traveled extensively, and has somehow obtained two insane cats. Times may have changed since she first started writing novels in the 8th grade, but she would still get bored in math class if she had to spend two days in a row graphing planes.

Oh goodness. I wanted to like this book. However, the storyline in the first couple chapters is muddy and rambling. Thankfully, the Zarder is short, so a rewrite or edit will do this story a lot of good. Another benefit is while reading it, Easton does weave a wonderfully vivid set of pictures to accompany the moments where the story makes sense. This could be the next great young adult movie at your local cinema.

I got this book as part of an early reviewer program thinking my son would enjoy. I started reading it shortly after it was downloaded and couldn't stop until I finished that afternoon. Even though most of the main characters in this world are Onizards (dragon like creatures) the interaction and details are so human it is hard to remember some are dragons not humans.

The main character Jen is a human who bonds with one of the baby dragons which is not supposed to be possible according to the Onizard Queen who thinks humans are inferior. Her journey and that of the Onizards that help her is fascinating. You can see how the characters grow to become the heroes at the end of the book. It has some surprises but is a very uplifting book and I look forward to reading the other she has written in this world.… (mere)

In the first moments of reading I was pretty confused with the different characters. They seemed to be all messed up for me...but as I was reading more I understand that the plot was one of betrayal, loves, faith, obedience and loyalty .
All this ideas are reaqlly ususal to mankind and had been written and re-written trough eons of life; but in this book, they are revisited in another race.
also you can see that humans are able to live as partners of this different race.
The characters are fighting with themselves to grow up emotionally and as part of a society and the fight is really hard.
Has a message of hope and love in each page.Fun to read.
