This is my first review of a book of poetry. My ‘normal’ reviews cover fictional novellas and novels. If I am in search of poetry, it usually has a meaning, such as an anniversary or special occasion that I lack the words to express to the individual. With that said, this was something different for me to read in its entirety then write how it made me feel.

This is definitely erotic poetry and not your high school lit class sonnets. The poems range from softly sexual hinting to in your face kinky erotic. Whatever your taste in sexy poetry this book will have something for everyone. Did I love every poem? Honestly no. I have a tendency to lean more towards the hidden or veiled prose. To compare, I like black and white photos – the play of shadows at hinting more. My favorites in the book were “Sunshine, Coffee and You “on the lighter side. For a bit darker, I favored “Option”. Personally, poetry will not speak to everyone on every poem. But if you like erotic poetry, you’ll most likely find one or more that will speak your inner vixen/ Casanova.… (mere)
