This is a printout of the original playtest files, but it's also available at http://www.thalcos.com/requiem/ . It's a world where the magic was drained out of it long ago, but is slowly being returned to it, in the rebirth of the nonhuman races and humans being empowered with magical power. It's got some fairly serious rules issues, but I found it a terribly inspiring setting.
