This was just bizarre. I should just stick with YA dystopian/fantasy books. It wasn't terrible. But it wasn't great. And so many unnecessary characters. I think the entire topic of the book could have been approached differently? Or maybe the direction was alright but needed to be finessed a bit? All I know is this could have been better. Or maybe I have high expectations. I'm so confused.

This was a good book, it was very easy to read and I liked the main characters. I haven't read the first book but that didn't hinder me reading this one. The author has a way of describing high tech ideas, gadgets, and theories that are totally believable and I could see done in the far future.
I won't spoil anything, but the premise of this book is interesting and thought provoking. It looks like there is a third book, I'll probably put it on my list to read, I would like to see what happens to the characters next.… (mere)
