Story about a little house living in the simple countryside who wants to move to the big city. The little house gets it's wish, and industry booms all around it. Soon the city overpowers the little house which damages it. The original owners saved the house and moved it back into the country. It is happier in the simple life. I thought this book was super cute and very simple. I would read this book for K-2nd graders. It teaches about the simple life and also about industry/progress.
