I downloaded this book with the hopes of learning new ways to help cope with anxiety which I've had over 10 years, instead I found myself reading stuff I already read before just by Googling online or in other blog forums.

I honestly took nothing from this book that I already didn't know. Was a huge disappointment for me, if anything it gave me more anxiety because I was so egar to find something new and didn't. Sigh… (mere)
