A helpful addition to my knowledge of the body and its care.
Great book. Lots of information that I'm eager to study and learn and apply to myself. Some of it is over my head, but most is not, so long as I re-read the passages a few times. Takes a little getting used to thinking the same way the author does about the body in order to apply her teachings to myself. Haven't really been paying close enough attention all these years, I guess. But the author does provide some very good current scenarios in which she describes a scene in which a person is spotted with bad posture and they are very helpful.… (mere)
