Interesting book design. The art by Eidrigevicius complements the poems. There are a few samples of Cummings' own art, and a few photographs. There are lots of Cummings' poems interspersed with the text. There are *no* notes about the author or illustrator of this bio. The book is shaped like a picture-book, but has a lot of mature & sophisticated information, and is not likely to be appropriate for, or appreciable by, children under age 12 or so. (Maybe parents could read it first, and share excerpts with children).

I have to be honest - I still don't 'get' Cummings. I now have a few more clues, and have felt joy and discovery at a few more lines, a few more metaphors... but I don't understand nearly enough of what I read to rate this.

I do wonder if [a:Ray Bradbury|1630|Ray Bradbury|https://d.gr-assets.com/authors/1361491094p2/1630.jpg] wasn't influenced by Cummings.

I will look for more of this series, especially Whitman.… (mere)
