Seems well written but, my gosh, it’s too close to reality. Maybe I’ll revisit when I don’t live in a country run by a raging narcissist.

This review was written for LibraryThing Member Giveaways.
Divided we fall is a political action/thriller story where the church and the state are no longer separate.
The head of the church, the "Headmaster" is an evil man, and the president is just his puppet to do evil.
The main character "Seven" has had his mind wiped, and joins up with an underground group as they fight not only enemies of their homeland, but also with the policies and corrupt evil politics within their own country.

The author Adam Bender has relied well on the knowledge and experience he would have gained writing for technology and the international debate between personal privacy and national security.
The book flowed well, and maintained a good pace throughout.

I thought I would be lost since I didn't read the first book of the series but I was able to piece it all together thanks to flash backs and memory flashes. I loved the characters and how the writer gave you just enough to link with the characters and push for them. A society where church and state are no longer divided but at what costs. An excellent read that is not easy to put down.… (mere)

I definitely liked the face paced action in this book. Also the internal conflicts are interesting through out. Over all a very good read.
