Lord Bachelor is your typical Billionaire romance. This English Lord has to marry in a month before his birthday, or he will lose the only way of life he has ever known! I loved the dating show idea, though. It was a very good twist. I enjoyed how you could feel him wrestling with his demons, and how he second guessed everything because the stakes were so high. It was wonderful seeing how he quit being this self obsessed douchebag, to taking a good hard look at those around him. I couldn't stand him at first, he was so pompous, nothing was good enough for him, though as I got to see more of his world, I began to at least understand him a little and get why he was the way he was. He was born with a silver spoon and didn't want to lose it since it was all he had ever known. I love how strong Abby's personality is, and she is not intimidated or bowled over by his glitz and glamour. I also adore how she is not scared to take him to task for any of it, or his lack of social skills with his "lessers." So will he get to stay Lord or will he give it all up?… (mere)

I'm a huge Jane Austen fan but not a fan of contestant shows like Bachelor and Bachelorette, so when I saw that this one was available to review, I jumped on it, curious to see how it played out. I was ready to see what the author had in store for her characters, as well as for a new reader, like me. Let me assure you, this author has a dedicated fan in me now! I loved every minute of this beautiful love story.

I loved the way the author chiseled her character. Abby and Edmund were perfectly flawed in their own ways, making them more likable that other characters I've seen in books. They felt real to me, as I watch their "dating show" story unfold. Edmund, bless him, I loved him! His character was definitely one I won't soon forget.

The author's writing style is superb and definitely captivating. She drew me into the story instantly and didn't let me go until I reached the end. She had me smiling throughout the book, throwing in charming banter among the characters and by the end of the book, I was ready to give this a 4 star review with 2 thumbs up. I look forward to reading more stories by this talented lady!

When I choose this book I thought it would be a light Christmas read, that would bring a big smile to my face, and joy to my heart. And while it did all of that, In Mistletoe offered me a lot more. The author captured everything I would want to ready in a contemporary romance.

The characters were wonderful, Ayden truly broke my heart with the survivors guilt, he was carrying around with him and Grace's need to put everyone else before themselves. I'm hoping that there are previous books in this series, because I'm dying to read the story about Sarah and Neil.
