Don E. Albrecht

Don E. Albrecht is director of the Western Rural Development Center and previously served twenty-seven years as faculty in the Department of Rural Sociology at Texas AM. He has researched and written extensively on natural resource concerns, economic restructuring, demographic trends, poverty, vis mere inequality, and education in the communities of rural America.
