A literary essay about death and life. The essay starts with a legend of Samoyed people and takes us through biblical Eden up to the apocalyptic visions of prophets. It is a journey through the time starting at the birth and following a path until the inevitable end. The human existence in the time-space is transient . The end of his journey is known from the beginning - dust in the grave.

taking elements mainly from french and american (both south and north)literature,Shimoni wrote 3 stories,distinguished in their style and length,each of them is named after differant part of a one room (a metaphor for human's life).
