Could you perhaps say a little more about The Flavor Bible? What is it all about precisely, and how does it differ from Culinary Artistry?
I've tried to find both in bookstores around here (Europe), but it is quite difficult... Culinary Artistry by dornenbeurg and Page because of recommendations in LT. Has great recipes and menus, but very

weird
difficult
expensive
