This is my fist "Agatha" book and the audio version was fine--Donada Peters with her English accent was perfect as Agatha. It seemed to take quite a while to get to the mystery---I'm not sure a book would have kept me as interested in what would happen next. I need to try another Agatha to see. ( )

I enjoyed having this read to me by penelope Keith, as an audio book. She does some superb voices and read it to me untiringly at the gym or whilst baking in the kitchen. ( )

The wedding didn't happen, but James Lacey decided to take advantage of
the paid-for honeymoon and takes off for Cyprus. Agatha follows a
couple of weeks later (after recovering from her near death experience
in the last adventure) to try to win his love back. She meets 6 other
British tourists, a mismatched group to be sure, and is suddenly
embroiled in another investigation when one of them is murdered sitting
right at the table at a disco. Agatha is again one of the suspects, as
is the other 5 tourists. She finds James, too, but nothing is the same
and he's become such a cold fish I'm wondering why she's even bothering
with him anymore. She encounters another friend from the Cotswolds
vacationing in Cyprus, Sir Charles Fraith, a man she cleared of murder a
couple of books ago, and his sudden attraction to her only complicates
her life further.

I think I'll take a break from Agatha with this one, though I'll keep my
eyes open for other books in this series. I'm sure I'll go back to her
eventually. This one, while interesting enough, didn't really grab me.
I'll give it a 3. ( )
