I notice that most reviewers of Delphi Exploration talk more about the series as a whole than this particular novel. I can understand why. It is such an interstitial work that you can’t say anything about it without creating a lot of spoilers for those still reading earlier works in the series. This utopian space opera (and for some grumpy reviewers, a much too liberal utopia) continues on its merry way, fixing the environment, improving health care, establishing world peace, moving humanity into space, and helping out its alien neighbors. If you need more than that, well, read the earlier novels and then get back to me. 3.5 stars as usual. (
