Om mig Teenage girl formerly obsessed with crappy fantasy but reforming... I admit to sometimes rereading the crappy fantasy, however. I'm part of a group at my local library where we read teen books and review them for the BBYA... we get to keep a lot of the ARCs (advanced reader copies) at the end of the year and last year we even got to attend the ALA midwinter conference. Which resulted in lots of swag. So yeah, that's where I got any of my ARCs.
Unlike many book people, I am not a cat person. I am very firmly a dog person. A very large dog person. I am the owner of an 10 month old Irish Wolfhound puppy named Finnen. Said puppy and I are visible at the right.

Om mit bibliotek More books to be added once I have access to them again. My library is made up of all the books I own - not all those I've read. It would be far larger, then. Most of my books come/came from four sources:

-A book buying spree that lasted between 6th to 8th grade in which I didn't use the library. This set consists mostly of fantasy. I have read most of these.

-The Seattle Public Library semi-annual booksale, where paperbacks are 50 cents and hardbacks are a dollar. Can you say "Whoopie?" Also consists of fantasy but is peppered with random classics. Haven't read a lot of these...

- My library book reviewing club and my trip to the ALA midwinter conference. Consists of young adult fiction of all kinds. Haven't read a lot of these either.

- Gifts, random buys. Courtesy of the always present gift cards, a bunch of my books were purchased with present money. Also, sometimes you just really want a book, you know?
