I see that we have seven books in common, but that is only because I have only put 28 books in my library in the four days that I have been a member. I am interested in Southern history and Southern writers and in genealogy. My roots are numerous in York, Chester and Lancaster counties.

I think it's actually the natural overlap: where military history crosses American history in my collection and vice versa in yours.

Our overlapping titles are mostly ones I'm very fond of, so that's something.

Can I come and hide in the archives for a few months???? It is difficult doing family genealogy in South Carolina up here in Wisconsin. My great grandfather was assistant superintendent of the Glendale Mill so that is why I own Mill and Town in S. C. 1880-1920. Got any thoughts on a great source regarding the mills, I'll take any advise I can find.
