I'm just wondering if the person who gave you the permission knew what they were doing. I would have thought that Macoy's would have bought a 'perpetual license' to print that work and if that's the case, it's down to them to do the release. I just get nervous that somebody's going to get their {behind} sued badly for something and it would really be a shame.
