Om mig I am a children's librarian at an international school.

Om mit bibliotek My library is heavily weighted to children's literature, but I read a huge variety of fiction and non-fiction written for adults as well.

Many of my reviews are copied from my now defunct classroom blogmeister blog, so they may not read like a straight up review.

Miss Kate,

I can not believe this, but I'm still not sure I ever saw that email from you. I hope you had a great Christmas and a very blessed Easter!
Hi!! Gregory Maguire's adult books are awesome. Wicked was the first one I read, but they're all great. Really clever and inventive. My favorite, though, is Lost, the one that's not a fairy tale reimagining. I sat by my bookshelf today and entered in a lot more things. This is fun!
Congratulations! Your review of Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows was one of the fifty prize winners. See the blog post announcing the winners. You've won a gift membership and a CueCat barcode scanner.

Send an email to info@librarything.com to claim your prize. Include your user name on LibraryThing, as well as your mailing address (so we can send out the CueCat!).

Hi Kate,

Nice of you to remind me of Connie Willis. I reread an old one and found and ordered two which I didn't know about before, Impossible things and Firewatch. My wife and I really like them.

Hey Kate!

We shared a book (cookbook I think) and I noticed your handle. Then I saw your picture and it IS you. The Jeannine part of my handle is from Laura's oldest. What fun this site is! Laura put me on to it. I'm in my 4th year with FCPS at Kings Park. I can't decide whether I want to retire and play or work next fall. We'll see.

Thanks for stopping by my site. And thanks for the recommendation about Phil Rickman. I'd never heard of him until I joined LT. I will have to check him out.

Now THAT'S a backpack. Is it full of books??

I love Toot & Puddle!!
