Om mit bibliotek CSMA founded this library in 1972 to provide books on free market economics in Boise, Idaho. The library initially was located at The College of Idaho but we now maintain more of a general interest library at a building located in Council, Idaho. We tend to collect books of local historical interest and also have a collection of Vardis Fisher fiction. We have a coffee house located with the library and are trying to increase local readership in this small mountain community.

Welcome to the Political Conservatives group. Thanks for joining.
I'm so glad to know that others have Joe's books. I met him at one of the 29th Association meetings in Ocean City. I have given him the history of my father's death gathered from archives and first person recollections of 29ers for the 175th Regiment in Baltimore. Joe has also done the official history of the 29th Division.
Saw your ref to 29th ID & St Lo: you might want to check out 2 works by Joseph Balkoski; historian of the Maryland National Guard: "Beyond the beachhead : the 29th Infantry Division" and "From Beachhead to Brittany" ---lots of detail on teh 29th fighting in Normandy & Britany. Cheers A
