Om mig I'm another one of those writer/musician/student types. I have recently left Portland, Ore., for to go to grad school in Toronto. So I'm settling in here.

Om mit bibliotek It's starting to break down into 1/4 poetry, 1/4 fiction, 1/4 nonfiction, and 1/4 Penguin classics, which are collected on their own because they look better that way. But the fiction pile is unlikely to grow much, unlike the other three piles. Oh, there are some comics in there too. Hm.

Some of my books are here in Toronto, some are back in Portland in storage. Such is life. Also many were sold before the move, which at some point I'll have to update.

I appear to be a long way from home.
Do you know about Hannah Weiner’s Open House from Kenning? Just put in my order... looking forward. All precautions have been taken Proceed to rendezvous Hot bearings...
I agree about David/s book - I put in a request for the library (KRL) to order a copy. They decided not to, however. Anyway, think I/ll try again. You/d think that being an "employee" would help... might have to donate one. Cheers.
how are you? never seem able to make it to the Spare Room readings... anyway HELLO
I find you in the strangest places. Well, I suppose it isn't that strange to find you here. I'm looking for a copy of No. 111 2.7.93-10.20.96 (2/7/93-10.20.96) for my "Fragments" class. No, I don't want to read the free online version, and the damn thing is hard to find.
Hi Chris. You entry should be Baza Literatura Krestomatio: (not kresomatio)
best wishes from Toronto

Thanks for the welcome message! I bought my copy of "on the corner to off the corner" at Sun and Moon back when I was an undergrad -- Doug Messerli told me it was the very last copy he had.

Years later, I ended up writing a chapter of my dissertation on Tina's work. Needless to say, it's a hugely important book for me. And so rare to run into someone else who has read it!
Interesting intersections in our library. Surprising that you're the only other person with Bob Perelman's Virtual Reality, though.
Have you studied the Hong Lou Meng with Peng Jiaoshou?

I might know you. Since we are from Portland and have read that book.
I have not yet started reading the Cao Xueqin, but I found that copy cheap and it looked tempting...
Wow, another Cao Xueqin reader! I'm on Volume 2. It's like climbing a mountain but I love it.
Our libraries intersect on some really wonderful books. And not a single cookbook!
