Hello! We share 246 books. I wanted to ask you about a book you have tagged "up for grabs". I'd love to reread it; "Timothy and Two Witches" by Margaret Storey.

Thank you
Squish
Just want to say hello because I see you have a great mix of books (we've got 170 in common). Most of my high shareds are the Gaiman so I am tickled to see we share Nabokov, Patti Smith, Dante, et al.
i've been admiring your library from afar for the two months i've been on LibraryThing. it is quite an admirable collection, indeed.

being new to the whole "thing" i've just been observing others and quietly, but with much delight, have been unpacking my boxes and boxes and boxes of books and cataloguing them as i put them in their new homes on shelves, next to new and old friends.

and so, with this continuing experience in mind: i wanted to compliment you on your choice of user name "boxofdelights". everytime i unpack a box and discover the old and new friends of books inside there is a familiar surge of sheer delight at the discovery of them, once again.

oh how it makes me smile to think that there are others who share this experience!!!

*grin* hope you have a day of sheer delight.

We have a wonderful, eclectic mix of titles in common and considering you have just under 3000 volumes in your library and I have managed to only catalog 1200 or so (at the moment)that's not bad. Of course, numerically it's peanuts but otherwise it's delightful!
Hi! (Esta1923 here) We share 9 books, delighted to see Hoban and Divakaruni on your shelves, but most pleased to find The Bee Man of Orn, and How Proust Can Change Your Life (which is my "waiting room book." I carry it to dentist office etc., and read it 'til called in. . . not sure how many times I've gone all the way thru using it this way!
