Did you see Kevin Drum highlighting the AHA? I see that a prof at my wife's soon-to-be alma mater, Rob MacDougall at UWO, won the best post cliopatria award. go Mustangs, eh?
I tried to comment when I saw your AHA post, but Blogger ate it, apparently. I was wishing I could have seen the sessions on brewing history - can't remember titles now, but all looked whimsically interesting.
I should have stuck with academia, it suits my temperment. Except for the students. Ah well, there's always retirement for finishing grad school.

But, I have a strong apprehension, since I have been a good boy this year, that Santa may grant my wish.
One day I hope to do the route of the Arnold expedition. My several G-Grandfather Joel Loveland is reputed to have died 28Feb1776 of Smallpox, a prisoner in Quebec.

Actually, I'm not quite sure what the point is yet, but I thought I'd play with it for a few weeks. Right now, I'm just putting up all the books I read from the library. There's not enough time to start posting my personal library!
