- About My Library
- Sarah Willoughby's library was inventoried on 26 February 1673/4, and valued at £5. Unlike her husband's inventory of 15 May 1672 (which simply lists "a pcell [parcel] of books"), Sarah's library is mostly itemized by title.

Transcending not only the most potent Christian princes in Europe, but by divine designment ordained to be the most mighty monarch in the universe. ... af Edward Matthew
