Om mig Oklahomans for Equality is a non-profit lesbian, gay, bisexual and transgender community organization. It began in 1980 as Oklahomans for Human Rights, then changed to Tulsa Oklahomans for Human Rights (TOHR) in 1985, and finally became Oklahomans for Equality in November 2007. We opened the first LGBT community center in 1996, and after a massive capital campaign, purchased and opened the Dennis R. Neill Equality Center in 2007.
MISSION
Oklahomans for Equality seeks equal rights for Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual and Transgender (LGBT) individuals and families through advocacy, education, programs, alliances, and the operation of the Dennis R. Neill Equality Center.
