Om mit bibliotek In 1995, I authored a book called The Bloomsbury Review BookLovers Guide, published by Owaissa Publishing in Denver. It was a work of love, based on the premise that people with home collections of books could benefit from information garnered by experts: librarians, archivists, book dealers, bookstore managers, conservationists, etc. I interviewed dozens of professionals, garnered advice from people with substantial home libraries, surfed a budding Internet, reviewed dozens of sources, and checked and double-checked facts with experts from around North America, as well as attend related conferences. I also did original research on topics such as the physical weight of home libraries, book art activities for the non-artist, library weeding as applied to home libraries, prenuptial home library merger agreements and the archival truth regarding glue sticks.

One feature of the book was a collection of hundreds of resources: books, magazines, organizations, businesses, individuals and websites. After 12 years, many are either gone or replaced by those more current or better. However, most of the books are still in print or available in current editions; this is a compilation of those books. I will be adding new books to this collection and welcome suggestions as well.
